DJI Đại Lợi is committed to supporting customers after purchase with a transparent warranty and return policy, ensuring maximum benefits for users of DJI agricultural drones in Vietnam.

Official product warranty policy

Warranty period

  • All products sold on djidailoi.vn are covered under the official warranty policy by DJI or its authorized distributors, ranging from 6 to 24 months depending on the type of equipment.
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date shown on the official invoice issued by DJI Đại Lợi.

Warranty conditions

To be eligible for warranty service, the product must meet all the following conditions:

  • Still within the warranty period
  • Malfunction is due to a technical fault from the manufacturer
  • Product has not been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by any unauthorized party outside DJI Đại Lợi
  • Warranty seal, security label, and QR code (if applicable) must remain intact
  • Product information must match DJI Đại Lợi’s warranty management system

Warranty process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Call the hotline at 0888 666 279 or email lienhe@vinhtung.vn to report the issue.
  2. Inspection: Our technical staff will guide you to send the product in or bring it directly to the store for inspection.
  3. Confirmation and resolution:
  • If the product qualifies, we will proceed with repairs, part replacement, or full product exchange depending on the condition.
  • Processing time is up to 7 working days from the date of receipt.

Product return and exchange policy

Return conditions

Customers may request to return or exchange a product if the following conditions are met:

  1. Product is in original condition as received and has not been used
  2. Packaging, accessories, seals, and documents are fully intact
  3. Return request is made within 7 days from the date of receipt
  4. Not applicable in the following cases:
  • Product damage caused by third-party delivery not managed by DJI Đại Lợi
  • User-caused faults (e.g., dropping, water damage, incorrect power connection)

Return process

  1. Contact DJI Đại Lợi via hotline or email to request a return
  2. Verify return conditions and confirm with customer
  3. Send the product to our service center as guided (free shipping if due to manufacturer’s fault)
  4. Inspection and resolution: either replace with an equivalent product or refund as agreed within 5–7 working days

Important notes and responsibilities

  • DJI Đại Lợi will cover round-trip shipping costs for manufacturer defects during the warranty period
  • If the product does not meet warranty conditions, it will be returned to the customer along with a clear explanation; customer bears the shipping cost
  • DJI Đại Lợi reserves the right to deny warranty if the product is damaged due to misuse or environmental factors
